Terms and conditions

This document sets out the terms on which access is granted to the materials of the analytical journal allwin.bavaria-tour.com.ua (hereinafter — the Journal). The Journal publishes independent reviews, ratings and research material about online casinos and bookmakers. Every person who opens any page of the Journal automatically becomes a party to this agreement and undertakes to observe its provisions. If you do not accept these terms — stop using the Journal immediately.

Nature of the activity

The Journal is a media product of editorial type. The team prepares content on the basis of its own research, testing and market monitoring. The Journal holds no licence to organise gambling, accepts no bets, services no gaming accounts and takes no part in visitors’ financial transactions. No publication on the pages of the Journal constitutes an inducement to gamble, financial advice or a guarantee of any result.

Age policy

The Journal’s content is created for persons who have reached the age of 21. A visitor who accesses the Journal’s materials takes on the following obligations:

• Confirms that they have reached the age of majority, or the minimum age laid down by the law of their jurisdiction for viewing information about gambling.
• Acknowledges that responsibility for the compliance of their actions with local law rests solely with them.
• Undertakes not to use technical means for mass automated copying or extraction of data from the Journal without prior written agreement.

Content and copyright

All of the Journal’s materials — texts, illustrations, infographics, rating tables, interface screenshots, program code — are protected by copyright law. Without the written consent of the editorial team, their copying, adaptation, public display or distribution is prohibited. Quotation of small fragments is permitted provided an active hyperlink to the original page of the Journal is placed and the volume observes the norms of fair use.

Reservations regarding accuracy

The editorial team invests considerable effort in fact-checking, but cannot guarantee the unconditional accuracy, completeness or currency of every published statement. A visitor should bear the following in mind:

1. Casino and bookmaker operators are entitled to change their terms unilaterally and without notifying the Journal. Bonus offers, rates and limits quoted in reviews may therefore differ from the current ones.
2. No publication of the Journal constitutes grounds for financial claims against the editorial team. The editorial team does not compensate losses caused by the use of, or the inability to use, published materials.
3. The choice of operator, registration, funding an account and participation in games or betting are the visitor’s sole responsibility.
4. The Journal does not administer external platforms and cannot answer for their content, availability or security.

Monetisation model

The Journal may earn revenue through operators’ affiliate programmes. In practice this means that some links on the Journal’s pages are affiliate ones: if a visitor follows them and registers, the Journal may receive commission. The editorial team discloses this fact publicly. At the same time the monetisation model does not intersect with the editorial process: operator scores are formed by a single methodology, regardless of the presence or absence of commercial arrangements.

Updates to these provisions

The editorial team may at any time change, supplement or remove individual clauses of this agreement. The updated version is published on the relevant page of the Journal and takes effect from the moment of publication. Visitors are advised to return to this document from time to time. Use of the Journal after changes are made public is treated as acceptance of them.

Dispute resolution

The agreement operates in accordance with the law of Ukraine. Disputes between the parties are settled by negotiation. Where agreement cannot be reached — by the competent court in the manner laid down by the procedural law of Ukraine.
